This workshop is designed for directors and filmmakers who want to solidify their collaboration process with actors. Led by an actor, you will gain insight into the type of director-actor relationship that actors are hoping for,  Allyson will share tips and tricks for working more effectively with actors on set as well as in pre-production. We will cover a range of topics, including understanding the actor's process, building trust, and creating a safe space for actors to take risks. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding.

Allyson Leet is a passionate actor, instructor and leader in the performing arts located here in the Comox Valley. She co-founded Sitka Stage & Screen in the Comox Valley where she instructs a talented group of students and gets to watch their passions for acting grow! She is a full UCPC ACTRA member who has appeared in projects for AMC, NBC, HALLMARK and various indie companies.
