After she is evicted from her basement suite apartment, Laura struggles to find a place to live - until she stumbles onto a horrifying opportunity that may just work to her advantage.
Sonya Chwyl & Anik Desmarais-Spencer
Sonya and Anik began their creative partnership in 2018, and since then they have written and directed four short films. They are recent alums of the 2023 BiTS Horror Development Lab.
As storytellers, they seek to explore difficult subjects using dark humour, a queer lens, and absurdity grounded in reality.
