Leah Flagg

Producer, Writer

Leah Flagg is an emerging non-status Indigenous producer and screenwriter. She strives to tell the stories that speak difficult truths, that have an impact on individual perspectives, and promote positive change in our communities. She created White Raven Pictures to nurture Indigenous filmmakers and their stories. Leah has benefited from the WIFTV’s Tricksters & Writers screen writing fellowship and their Emerging TV Producers programs. Most recently, her project “WATERSHED” was shortlisted for the 2023 Pacific Screenwriting Program. Leah holds a BA in English Literature and works as a production team member in the Vancouver film/tv industry.

In the world of film & tv sales it is important to polish your ‘elevator pitch’ but also anticipate what questions producers will have about your project once you have their interest. This is an opportunity to practice your best elevator pitch and receive creative and business feedback that will help you prepare for pitching to market buyers. You will have 5 minutes to pitch your project, and receive approximately 10 minutes of feedback.

Each session is $20
