Sophia Tamaro is a German/Italian writer/director. Scripts she has written have placed in the ScreenCraft Short Screenplay Competition, the New Orleans Film Festival and the Austin Film Festival. At Berlinale 2024, Sophia presented black comedy The First Orgasm as part of the Pitch_It programme. It will be her feature debut.
